I can easily say that this is one of my favourite movies of 2012 and I am positive that the day it comes out on DVD I will be in line. It's a pretty straight forward plot, Becca (Anna Kendrick)starts college at Barden University where the world of a capella is slowly becoming a "thing" probably thanks to Glee. Becca ends up joining the Bellas, an all female a capella group whose rival the treble makers just accepted Jesse who shows a lot of interest in Becca. The laughs keep rolling on throughout the movie thanks to fat Amy (Rebel Wilson), however Kendrick really shows her comedic chops from the beginning. Pitch Perfect has all the charm of Glee with none of the cheese. Great film.
